What To Do When You Have A Cheating Spouse

First, there is a rule that says if you think you have a cheating spouse, you are probably right. Most people do not assume your spouse is cheating unless there is reason to suspect this, which usually involves sneaking around and lying, unless you happen to be one of those people who are completely paranoid and then, of course, everything could be in your head. But if you think you have a cheating spouse there are some simple things you can do to know exactly what they are doing.

Start by getting a copy of the home phone and cell phone bill and then search for calls made at odd hours or when you're not at home. You can follow these figures many times on the web to find out where they are and sometimes even the name of which they are subjected. If you notice strange patterns, put the bill in a safe place, do not start calling the numbers.

The second step is to install a spyware program known as a key logger on the home PC or laptop, of your spouse. These can be installed from a website online and can start work within a few minutes. They are not visible to the naked eye, so that once installed the spouse does not know it's there, nobody except you. You can choose a remote access program so you know what they are doing from wherever you are and you can also go on the computer and track real well. You will be able to see all online conversations, access websites, social networking sites, emails, and also have access to all your passwords.

If you find that your spouse is cheating, it is important not to react. You must be very careful with the steps to take in the future. It's a good idea to consult a lawyer, even before your spouse knows they are trapped. This way you can take steps to protect themselves in case of divorce.

It will be difficult not to fly of the handle, but keep in mind that if you start to react strangely your spouse will most probably use this against you in court. It is better to keep your cool and take them for all they are worth.
